Loyalty Point Scheme Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your use of our "Loyalty Point Scheme” and using the site by browsing, registering or placing an order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Please read these conditions carefully.  You may wish to print and keep a copy of this document.

Loyalty Point Terms and Conditions

  1. General Wicked Dragon Clothing Loyalty Points Scheme Conditions
    1. By redeeming any Loyalty Points on purchases you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions.
    2. The Wicked Dragon Clothing Loyalty Points Scheme (the “scheme”) and associated benefits are operated by Wicked Dragon, 16 Stonefield Close, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AU.
    3. Wicked Dragon Clothing can withdraw, cancel, or amend the scheme including the Terms and Conditions, or any Customer account, at any time.
    4. The Wicked Dragon Clothing Loyalty Points Scheme is only valid on www.wickeddragon.co.uk.
    5. The Wicked Dragon Clothing Loyalty Points Scheme launched on 13 April 2018 and is only valid on orders placed after this date using a member account.
    6. If we identify that you have more than one account with Wicked Dragon Clothing, we may merge them in to one account or cancel all accounts and Loyalty Points at our discretion.
    7. The Wicked Dragon Clothing Loyalty Points Scheme is for personal use only, business use of the scheme is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any points or accounts considered to be for business use at our discretion.
    8. Wicked Dragon Clothing can take any action it considers to be appropriate if they have reason to believe that the scheme is being abused in any form or fashion.
    9. Loyalty Points do not have an actual cash value and will never be exchanged for cash.
    10. Loyalty Points are non-transferable, that is they cannot be transferred to any other account.
  2. Collecting Wicked Dragon Clothing Loyalty Points
    1. The standard number of Loyalty Points that you will collect is 1 point for every £1 you spend on qualifying products.
    2. You will only earn Loyalty Points on every full pound that is spent, that is for a £3.99 product you will only earn 3 Loyalty Points.
    3. Loyalty Points are earned on the basket total excluding p&p.
    4. The number of Loyalty Points earned will be stated on the basket page.
    5. If you choose to purchase in a currency other than GBP, Loyalty Points will be earned and redeemed at the GBP equivalent price*: that is they are still earned at the rate of 1 Loyalty Point per £1 spend and equivalent to 0.02p. *this is not affected by the daily exchange rate.
    6. Loyalty Points cannot be earned delivery charges.
    7. Loyalty Points are only issued on new sales and will not be applied to past purchases.
    8. Loyalty Points will show as pending when your order is confirmed. Once the corresponding order has been dispatched they will be confirmed and available to use, they cannot be used until the corresponding order has been dispatched.
    9. Loyalty Points are valid for 1 year from the last time that any pennies were earned or spent on the corresponding account.
    10. During online Loyalty Points promotions, existing Loyalty Points promotions will not be multiplied.
    11. Wicked Dragon Clothing reserves the right to withdraw any Loyalty Points promotions and/or offers at anytime without notice.
  3. Spending Wicked Dragon Clothing Loyalty Points
    1. 1 Loyalty Point is worth 2 Pence to spend on products. Loyalty Points have no actual cash value and we will not exchange Loyalty Points for cash. The scheme is non-transferable.
    2. Loyalty Points cannot be used against gift vouchers or delivery charges.
    3. Loyalty Points cannot be spent until they are confirmed, that is once the corresponding order has been dispatched.
    4. Loyalty Points are not automatically discounted from the basket. The customer can choose if they wish to redeem Loyalty Points against the value of an order or not, once the order has been placed this cannot be amended.
    5. You do not have to have enough Loyalty Points to cover the cost of an item; that is you can make a partial payment with Loyalty Points towards a product; the remaining cost of an item will have to be paid before the product is dispatched.
    6. Loyalty Points are valid for 1 year from the last time that any pennies were earned or spent on the corresponding account.
    7. Wicked Dragon Clothing reserve the right to substitute or remove products that are available for Loyalty Points collection and redemption without notice.
    8. Spending Loyalty Points may be subject to network availability.
    9. Loyalty Points are only available to spend on www.wickeddragon.co.uk.
    10. Loyalty Points redeemed do not count towards free delivery, this only applies to cash purchases.

 

  1. Returning/ Refunding of Goods
    1. If you return a product for a refund, the number of Loyalty Points collected during the transaction will be deducted from your Wicked Dragon Clothing account.
    2. If you return a product for a refund and have spent the Loyalty Points earned while purchasing the product and have no remaining Loyalty Points in your account, you will be refunded for the value of the product minus the value of the Loyalty Points earned on that product, with each Loyalty Point being equivalent to 2p.
    3. If you return a product that has been purchased completely using Loyalty Points, your account will be credited with the value of the Loyalty Points used for the purchase. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
    4. If you return a product that has been purchased partially using Loyalty Points, you will be refunded for the amount paid for using cash and your account will be credited with the value of the Loyalty Points used for the purchase. No cash refund will be given where Loyalty Points have been used to purchase a product.
    5. If a refund is issued on a product the number of Loyalty Points collected during the transaction will be deducted from your Wicked Dragon Clothing account.
    6. If a refund is issued and you have spent the Loyalty Points earned while purchasing the product and have no remaining Loyalty Points in your account, you will be refunded for the value of the product minus the value of the Loyalty Points earned on that product, with each Loyalty Point being equivalent to 2p.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
