Payment and Delivery Information

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal or debit/credit card payments via WorldPay payment gateway. We also accept payments over the phone. Please contact us if you require any assistance with your payment.

How We Send Your Order

  • We post all orders via Royal Mail (see below for costs and timescales)
  • We ship worldwide with a few exceptions 

Post & Packaging Charges

UK & Channel Islands

At checkout you will be given a choice of your preferred postage option. P&P is calculated based on the weight of your parcel (we will use cumulative weight of multiple items to calculate your postage at the checkout.). A majority of our items are posted with Royal Mail. Our STANDARD shipping options are fully tracked and insured and start at £3.99/parcel. For orders with value up to £25 and total weight up to 500g we also offer a ECONOMY delivery with delivery confirmation for £2.99/parcel, however this option offers no insurance & no compensation in the unlikely case your parcel gets lost. If the value of your order is over £25 this option is automatically removed from the drop down menu of shipping options. 

We also offer an NEXT DAY service which is 24 hours fully tracked and insured and "SPECIAL DELIVERY" service - this service guarantees delivery by 1pm next day by Royal Mail.

Courier service is not included but please let us know if you require such service and we will try to accommodate your requirements as best as we can.

We are happy to place a note on the address label with special instructions to the postman i.e. to leave your parcel with your neighbours or in a safe place - just keep in mind that then it is up to the postman to decide whenever to action this request or leave "we have your parcel" card. This is only available for tracked services, if you select the ECONOMY service we cannot acommodate any special instructions - sorry.

We combine p&p on multiple orders providing they are placed at the same time and going to the same postal address and you request this consolidation by email or a note on one of the orders. In such case we will refund you appropriate postage via your original payment method.

Please note, Channel Islands & Isle of Man post has to go through Customs and therefore can be delayed. Also delivery to the outer islands can add a day to the delivery time. Please also note that we are obliged to put a Customs declaration on the outside of the packet.

POSTAGE OUTSIDE the UK

International shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You will be offered international shipping options when you place items in the shopping cart and click on Estimate shipping. If the estimated amount is higher than the actual amount paid when your parcel is dispatched we will issue a refund for any overpaid amount. If you have any question regarding international shipping please contact us.

Despatch times

A majority of our items are available for same day despatch (Monday to Friday) providing the order is placed before 11 a.m. UK time. Orders received after 11 a.m. will be despatched the following business day.

The estimated delivery time is shown once you place an item in the shopping cart, during check out and also on your order confirmation email. Always check the estimated delivery time provided at the checkout.

Where the order includes items which are not in stock, such as a made to order items and standard stock item, we will normally consolidate and ship the order when all items are ready to go. We will part ship on request but reserve the right to charge an additional fee for postage if the order value is small. 

Made-to-measure and made to order items are usually despatched within 14 to 28 days but at peak times such as before Christmas it can take longer.

How will the order be sent?

UK - Royal Mail or in special circumstances courier service

EU & Worldwide - Royal Mail – International parcels service (tracked and or signed for) or courier service

You will be sent a confirmation email when we process your order and if applicable it will contain a tracking number for your order. Please take a note of the number so that you can check the status of your order if it does not arrive within the expected delivery time. The confirmation email will also include information on how to return the order.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide.  So whether you are in the USA, Australia, Canada, Japan, China, South Africa, the Middle East, Europe or Russia we can and will ship to you and most of the other countries in between.

The default pricing on the site is GB Pound but you can see an approximate cost in other currencies using the alternative currency setting which can be found at the top of your shopping cart.  Please note that there can be exchange rate fluctuations and costs imposed by your card company which are outside our control, so the estimated price you see on the site may be slightly different when you pay.

VAT and International Orders

All our prices are inclusive of VAT, which is chargeable in all European Community countries. The UK VAT rate (currently 20%) may differ from other EU regions.

Overseas customers (even outside the EU) will need to pay our local tax - VAT. There may be other charges payable in your own territory, which may be charged when the parcel arrives in your country and we have no control over this. If you want to know what this is likely to be before you order we suggest that you contact your local Customs Authority for further information.
