When you place an order with us we need to know:

- billing address and delivery address if different

These details are needed to process and ship your order.
Offline Payments (over the phone): If you request an offline card payment, we will request your credit card information and process the order, taking the payment immediately. Your card details are then destroyed with no paper or electronic record kept.
Online Payments: If you choose to pay online either via WorldPay payment gateway or PayPal we do not store, have access to or see your credit card information.
In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area). Your information will not be transferred outside the EEA for any other purpose.
We only use your personal information to notify you of your purchase, the order progress and to send you updates of our products and services.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Our newsletter: We will only send our news letter with your consent. We record date and time together with your email subscribtion.
